My Approach

As an Integrated Counsellor, I can tailor treatment and interventions to fit you and your specific needs. The approaches I mainly use are Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Addiction Therapy.

My aim as the therapist would be to understand your world, what you think, feel and believe, valuing your views and your perceptions.

I aim to give you acceptance and respect, enabling you to gain a greater understanding of yourself in a safe and confidential space.

I would focus on building a strong connection with you, as I feel that therapy starts with the warmth, empathy and compassion provided in the therapeutic relationship.

I believe in coming to all my clients with an open mind from a place of non-judgement. I would prioritize getting to know you and your unique circumstances, thoughts, and feelings while collaborating with you to identify what your goals are.
